These terms govern your use of HiNeX. By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to them.
1. The service
HiNeX is a marketplace that connects customers with independent professionals (“providers”). HiNeX is not the provider of the services booked through the platform; providers are solely responsible for the services they deliver and for holding any licences or insurance their work requires.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to use HiNeX.
3. Bookings & payments
When you book, you agree to pay the quoted price. Payments are processed securely and may be held until the job is completed. HiNeX charges providers a commission on completed bookings.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking. Refunds, where applicable, are returned to your original payment method.
5. Conduct
Keep communication and payment on-platform, treat others respectfully, and don’t use HiNeX for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HiNeX is not liable for the acts or omissions of providers or customers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
